Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale 
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Items that have been worn, used, or altered

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
