Ali Davies considers carefully what to pair with her iconic textiles, and these placemats fit the criteria perfectly. Ali lives in the forest in the Waitakeres, Auckland and the walk to the letterbox is not unlike the image of this painting, which has been beautifully rendered onto cork.
